the only way or the best way to end up the forge error

ive tried 15 ways to end up this error, but the only way worked is rebot ur computer!
if this error comes out after u install the new patch, go rebot ur computer. STOP trying other solutions. just rebot ur computer.

    i have tried rebooting 5 times and to no avail same error. the old today screen is also up the other interesting thing ive found is if u dl via torrent off the z8games site and its version 1041 while all the regular dl mirrors are version 1031 and when i install that i get the updated screen but when i go to start the game it says im running an old version and to dl the updated version lol ive reinstalled 5 times and tried the free up space and prefetch and still nothing anyone have ne other solutions
