zm map crashing

After multiple times of reinstalling this game over and over and not even touching anything this game can still not run zm from my perspective . I can't play a game of zm of any type of maps w/o crashing between 1-12 rounds. I either get send error report or my whole game just crashes with nothing to pop up. Is their anything i need to do or is this a problem that will need maintenance.
