I have an account that I do not go 2years, got her email and changed the password so that when vo enter the game it says that ta wrong password, then goes over to the site want to ask your help.

If I'm understanding this right after you reset your password it doesn't work.
My Suggestion to you is to contact the account administration department on the support from Here, and fill all the information on the form.
then you will be able to open your account again.

You refer to your own account has 'her'? Are you sure it's your account?
If it's yours, send in a ticket, they can help you if you provide them with enough information.

by "her" he probably means a spop or similar character.
