False Advertising

I can understand a BP mall ad saying "coming soon" but one that says "now available" is false advertising. You shouldn't do this. It gives tons of people the wrong message and from what I've seen make a lot of your "customers" disappointed or unhappy with you. To add insult to injury you didn't include it in the patch from what I have read.
