ZP/BP account exchange

Most of the time we can't arbitrarily transfer ZP and such to random accounts.

This has to be done via the support system because things like proof of account need to happen via things like security questions etc.

If you've spent any of the ZP which you purchased then we also can't transfer the points from one account to another.

You have to contact support with every piece of necessary information. After which it will have to be reviewed to determine whether a transfer can be made.

It's not impossible, but its highly improbable.


Also, bumping threads on topics that are cleared covered in the stickies is annoying. Please do not do it. There is a sticky that says for all ZP and account related issues PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT.
