Please read below:


You've sent 7 tickets on the same issue. You only need to send 1 ticket.

You have been given instructions three times on how to send a ticket about account issues.

Also please note that the response time on those replies was less than 2 hours. You received instructions on the 11th and the 12th and again on the 13th.

By sending 7 tickets you've increased the time it takes you to get a response. Because we have to deal with other people who have also not read the instructions and sent multiple tickets. This means that we now have an increased number of tickets to deal with.


We understand that you are impatient, but please look at it from our perspective. You have not remembered information on your account which you were told to remember upon account creation.

It is not our responsibility to remember this information for you. And since you've lost it or had an account stolen, or are trying to change information you have forgotten then you have to wait until we can prove the account is yours and then change the information for you.
