Loading game issues

Every time i try to join a game my loading screen goes to about 25% then my screen turns black, and in about 2 minutes the loading screen shows up again and finishes loading, can someone please help me fix this problem? i have played this game on an alternate account for about a year and this has started happening for the past month. Most of the time when i finish loading a match its over
