I need help to sucure my account..

Hi I been trying to add ZP to my account and it says my account isn't secure. So if anyone know how to fix this problem please help me out cause im not sure what to do.. Also my brother has been trying to gift me ZP and says the same thing to when he tries to gift it. Please help in desperate need of buying ZP!!!
