After I have clicked on the startup and I get the first menu, When I click on one of the ad's It opens my browser. I log in and It comes up with this:

They seem to have some issues, they´ll fix that soon, I think I know what you mean.

I think Saidin said that there are some web issues that not treated yet, so u have to w8 untel they fix it.

It is very unclear what you mean by this?

Is this for surveys?

Which survey was it?

When did you experience this issue?

Please note we may not have control over this as this was a survey. When you go to another site via an ad from a survey and it gives you an error this has nothing to do with Z8Games.

If you're missing ZP from a survey you need to contact the survey provider.

Rewards Problems

I signed up for the creditreport.com trial and then signed up for the monthly service. Yet...I still haven't gotten my ZP rewards. Z8 tells me that the company has to credit me. The company says Z8 has to. Then Z8 says THEY have to! See where I am going with this? I sent proof of purchase as well as the email saying Z8 had to credit me. All I get from web support is a generic copy and paste statement like they aren't even bothering to read my issue or the facts. Is it possible to get help here? I hope so. I spend money on ZP to play this game and so far have put up with the cheating issues and whatnot. But if something doesn't change soon I will take my money to Battlefield online.
