How to reduce ping?

I'm always getting lag spikes. My normal ping is about 100-110. I really want to reduce my ping. Can anyone help?

I already have a good one. It's just that there's a lot of people in my house using the internet.

u got the answer then

if many poeple share ur internet connection this may cause a high ping while playing , but when no one use the internet u will find that ur ping is normal

if the ping still high while no one using the internet try to check your antivirus if it is auto updating Or Your location is Far away from the server Or the problem is with your ISP

If you're using wi-fi, then I would suggest using a cable instead.
