Error after invitations

Hello,

When I'm in the lobby sometimes a invitations pups up "player x wants you to join his game". No big deal.
Unless more than one invite pops up, then Windows Vista comes up with the familiar error screen "There has been an exceptional error. Windows had to shut down the process".
Anything I can do to fix this? Anything Z8Games can do to fix this?
