9. Anticheat
You agree when you run OCG Anticheat, that it will scan your computer for 3rd party programs and files. You agree that these files will be sent and submitted to our OCG Anticheat database. At no time will the data captured be distributed in any way to other people. OCG Anticheat does not in any way install spyware or viruses to your computer and will not obstruct with your hard drive or any files enclosed on your computer
BTW, You also agree to this after you login to the anticheat and it begins to quick scan.

Evan said he got dellzors Skype off his IP, and that's not possible.
Why would he lie about that?

For one your ToS is plagiarized, I can provide proof if needed,
Secondly you broke your ToS. You showed a user who i will not name at this time another persons data from the AC. I also have the proof of this.
Why would i ever download your AC and trust you wouldnt give my information out? Clearly your AC can get any information it wants including saved usernames and passwords, (The program the person used to check what your ac does showed your AC accesses Google chrome app data)
To Start off, I have showed no person any data of the anticheat. Secondly, I did not get dellzor skype from dellzor Ip, I got it from someone in the community that knows him. My main intention from the start was to come in contact with him after everyone accused him of DDOSING us. Our anticheat doesn't phish for unneeded items. That would take up too much diskspace. Saying this I was trying to phish out all information on all sides to put together my own investigation. Which has been concluded and furthermore discussed with dellzor and ended. -

Any sort of phishing is a crime. Just because you put in your ToS that we "agreed" to get phished, it is still illegal.

If you didn't get his skype off his ip why would you come out saying that? You keep making up stories about things that are completely not true. That just proves to me your "Company" is very unprofessional.
I'm gonna offer you some advice. Stop making things up and tell people the truth, because you currently aren't doing that. Thats one of the main reasons i think OCG is very sketchy. -

You seem to change your story quite often. First it was IP > Skype, then you got it from his email (which was proven not to be changed/registered to his skype) and now you have it from someone in the community. Sure!So let me please clear up some of the rumors and nonsense I have been hearing. Let me start off with DELLZORR. DELLZORR was caught UDP flooding our Ventrilo server with a kiddie program last week, in which NationVoice caught him. I then traced the IP (they released to us) back to our forums and found his registered email and tried to add it on skype to warn him.Do you know what phishing is??? This is pointless, I have nothing to prove. OCG has an anticheat that works and is credible. If you want to come up with excuses to not run it, that is your choice. Call us unprofessional for trying to get the actual truth through different methods of conversation? Right.
JPurvis was a way for us to get the truth out from the community. I love how he shared all conversation with the community we had. To continue, JPurvis got played. I shared with him minimal information sir. As far as Dellzor, I tried to get information from him by throwing him curveballs to fetch information.
Again Phishing isn't the correct term here. The term is scanning...
