You're saying that while I'm looking at my laptop screen with multiple IPs that link to both your account "MiniModShock" and "ProFisherman". I'm afraid you cannot guarantee anything.

Like I said, I asked a question. These are under the same host, and the IPs point to about the same time, two people can have the same IP at different times, but not the same. It's very peculiar that your winner has multiple IP links to you, and Pope after the whole debacle.

I never directly said you and he/she are the same. I asked if you had a reason as to why you guys might have the same account. (Such as account sharing/ever been on same wifi on forums?)
