You guys think the map is good for competitive?

I found some amazing set ups on the map, but it feels a bit too CT sided.

Fun as hell though

It's definately one of the worst competitive maps, simply because of how stacked it is for GR. And it's pretty bad for riflers, considering how open the map is, making prescoping incredibly easy and effective.

You're judging the map off of pubs?

Pubs, clan wars, scrims there the same thing. If someone finds an op spot on the map people would use it everywhere. The map is so awful for competitive I would rather have Spain for a new map.

I've played it in cwars as well.

Plus it's not really hard to judge. Pretty common sense that long open spaces =/= Prescoping.

Or that mid = Wide open, hard to get on site if GR isn't trash, same with long A and long B.

OR, you can take a look at the fact that most, if not all, of the boxes are wallbang, so patriots/m14s can have even more fun tearing apart anyone they see (and those they don't..)...

Though that last one doesn't matter much for the competitive side of things, as those weapons would be banned in pretty much every big tournament.

Unless the map was changed from CFCN to CFNA, it's incredibly easy to do splits and fakes to take one of the sites and hold it. It's not as heavily gr sided as you might think.

Eeehh, kinda starting to agree with you as I think of it more. Could definately smoke mid and get on site from the side while someone else snipes long to keep 'em distracted.

Some players will need to learn how to use smoke grenades and flashes properly if they are so worried about scopes.
