I believe Crossfire China had the M1928 Thompson, the famous one with a 50 round drum, a foregrip, and a longer barrel. These are still used by mercenary and terrorist groups today such as the Tamil Tigers. Same as the Lee Enfield No.4 and Lee Enfield SMLE. The STG44 is also still used by terrorist groups and some nations. But the rest of the guns I'm against though, this is a modern warfare shooter not a WW2 shooter.
Also the Anaconda is not old, it's a fairly modern magnum. It's just it has an old school look. -
As much as i would like to see and play with WW2 guns in this game it just can't be done. This is a modern game and old WW2 weapons arn't as quick and powerful as newer guns. The overall stats of the modern guns would dominate. They are mostly all fully automatic! lol

NO KIDDING!! the AK-47 just wasnt made in time to be the main gun of Mother Russia in wwII! but it came out just a little too late! then the wrong people took it into matters. murdered people that dont murder people. and the maker was interviewed and he said,,
"Well,, its not my fault that the wrong people took and and it is the gun that has murdered soo many people! i meant it for good!" so yeahh. its pretty old. and so is the maker. hes still alive to this day!! -

For starters, quit the hating, what he said was constructive, your just being a ******bag. Second of all, the MP40 is a submachine gun. 9mm submachine guns don't have the velocity and tumbling of a 5.56mm assault rifle, so the M4A1 can keep its power over range unlike a 9mm. Though at close range a 9mm is extremely deadly, just like a .45. Third of all, the AK47 comment is true, but the STG44 has a terrible amount of accuracy, a very nasty level or recoil and a heavier weight. The AK47 thus is still superior. Fourth of all, it's not a WW2 shooter, so get these ideas out of your head as they are very unlikely to happen, with the exception of the Thompson, Mosin Nagant maybe and the STG44. -
For starters, Z8 is too ignorant to create grenade launchers and laser weaponry. So no M1 Garand + Grenade Cup and Ray Gun. The Browning wouldn't be too bad a pistol, it would be like the Sig228. The PPSH would probably be too awesome with its 71 round magazine (unless we gave it the 35 round magazine) and would be very weak. It rules out the point of having Uzis. The Thompson Autorifle (I assume that's what you meant) is not used so I doubt we will have it. The Thompson SMG is in Crossfire China, when it gets here I don't know. The MP40 would be fun, but Z8 refuses to have WW2 weapons. The Kar98 would only be good as a sniper rifle, nothing else so don't expect much. The Remington 870 I believe is in another version of Crossfire, but not sure. Walther P99, that's not too bad an idea. Crossfire needs more pistols in my opinion.

Before trying to call Z8 ignorant get your facts straight..
Z8 is only CF's portal, all our updates (anti- hack patches, guns,maps,items,etc) come from the Devs (Developers)... -

mcboom! old guns get new ones? are you kidding me? the ak-47 was made for WWII so it obviously is old. it just came out too late. the new version of it is the ak-74! so dont act like a smart ass. the chinese version has the Thompson! if your saying thats a new gun, then your old as hell! get outa here!

just play cod5 if you want those weapons,crossfire is a modern shooter. Aswell someone else could ask for a gravity gun or plasma gun,but in wouldn't fit in a modern shooter. -

They are taking it harsh, because you are suggesting WW2 weapons and not Modern Warfare weapons. If you want WW2 guns, Crossfire is not the game for you, as this is a Modern Warfare FPS. Also PPSh-41s can't take 30 round magazines, they can take 35 or 71 round magazine. Whilst WW2 weapons would probably actually be cool in game, it will never be done because they are WW2 era weapons.
Also as for the Nazi thing, Nazis will come from underground with Modern Warfare weapons, as WW2 guns are too expensive to buy these days, and aren't readily available like modern guns. -

They are not necessarily in the WW2 era. There are still Nazis today living in a modern world. They will use what was available, as they did in WW2. Therefore in this world they would use weapons from modern warfare. Not that this will ever happen. -

ok but***er for one the ak47 is from the end of ww2 it was originally for russians for ww2 it came out a little later then it was supposed to so the gave it to them after! so is the dragunov it came out 2 or 3 years later. -

1st of all, this thread is dead so stop reviving something no one cares about. 2nd, the Dragunov was designed between 1958-1963 and entered service in 1963-1964. It was not designed during WW2. 3rd, the AK47 and Dragunov are both used extensively in Modern Warfare which gives them every right to be in modern warfare. This is like the Tommy Gun (which is in CF China) which is still used in modern warfare by many mercenary corps such as the Tamil Tigers. 4th of all, no need to be spreading insults to show your lack of maturity and intelligence. 5th of all, there won't be WW2 weapons implemented without a damn good reason (such as extensive usage in Modern Warfare) so stop trying.
