Can we seperate servers by region?

I'm getting really sick of having to vs people with 24 times my ping (not joking). As much as I like shooting someone up, only for them to "teleport" 10 feet behind my spontaneously mortified corpse, it would be great to play with people who are fairly near by.

unfortunately the servers thay have are rarely full as it is. I do think that with more players the need for more servers wil become necessary. But for now you must play with hacking Brazilians with 400-500 ping im sorry to say. $:\$
