They could have told us when it will be released. Then people will have a fair chance.
9AM is one of the worst time for people in NA. West coast 6AM= sleeping. East coast 9AM = school
We've released codes of up to 5,000 redeems in the past. Those codes take approximately 15 minutes before they are used up.
If we announced when a code was going to be posted it would be even less time. -

It will also cause game and website to crash with the amount of people spamming redeem.

By releasing it at this time without any announcement, you disregarded all the people who waited patiently refreshing the FB page 100 times during the weekends.
You could have moved it to next weekend perhaps. -

I knew it was going to be 1000zp so I didn't really care. If you look at my past posts on the "where is my codes" I stated it wasn't worth it. But kids who can't deposit zp might have really been looking forward to this.
If I was z8 and I had technical problems during the weekend and failed to release a code. I would apologize and announce the day again and release the code. Perhaps even break it down to 5 codes and separate the release time to take into account the people across the world playing this Fantastic! game. -

I definitely personally apologize to you and others for the code issue from the weekend. It didn't work out how we intended, and unfortunately it was unavoidable.
The fact that there was no notice about it was an issue as well, and for that I also apologize.
However, whether we released the code at 9:45, or 12:14, or 5:37 it would have not made a difference in the amount of people who would be upset they missed the chance. All apologies in the world can't change that fact unfortunately.
FYI 5 codes at 1000 ZP each would mean that we would have to release them 200 at a time. Which would take approximately 1-3 minutes to use up each. -

There are many other methods to warn about the error and problems. example: the mods.
I didnt see any reporting message into the weekend in this forum. Many people was waiting the fully weekend for any code.
Maybe they as me, entered for the code and it was reached limite. -

I don't really care about the time it takes for the codes to be redeemed. I only care about the principal: fair chances

I really don't care about that I wasn't able to get one of the codes, and as i said before, the Comeback Event was way better than this one right here.
But still, the way Saidin and z8games is treating us, is not how you treat your "customers"!
I made a huge post (http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?p=3558646&posted=1#post3558646) in the official event forum and I got a lot of positve feedback for this and the posts i did before.
1 - Releasing the codes on monday morning, at 9AM EST without any announcement was just pathetic. Why not to announce, that it will be released today and apologize for the lack of codes?
2 - Why do you always have to close the threads right after you posted, Saidin? Official forum thread closed, but hey, lets deal with the upcoming 1000 new threads in the barracks?
3 - Why can't you guys give us any kind of information during the weekend? I mean, is it so hard to post it on Facebook that the redeem page has some issues? No, it isn't. But I even guess that you did not informed us on purpose. Every click, ever like on facebook gets you more money, and the dollar symbols in your eyes are already as big as your heads.
Get closer to the players, NOT their pockets!
4 - "But we extended the weekend event on our Social Media and just released 1,000,000 ZP on Facebook! Go go go!"
What in gods name was that? Yeah, "extend" the event without any announcement, good job. And "Go go go!"... are we dogs or something? Well, seems like this is how you treat the ones paying your job nowadays...
I could continue this, like i did in the official post, but I am getting so sick of how z8games is acting over the past couple of months.
Just the facts that the Main Page (http://crossfire.z8games.com/index2.aspx) still contains the Rival Factions Preview Video and the "Top 10 Clans/Top 10 players" had their last actualization about 1-2 years ago, shows me how much dedication the employees have for their game/gamers...
