We'll have plenty of other giveaways coming, and we think everyone's going to enjoy the May events we have planned.
We do apologize that the code came out on Monday. The original plan was to bring it to you on Sunday but there were some unforseen issues that arose on that day.
With the amount of fans that we have on Facebook it would be impossible to give 1000 zp to everyone. (especially because that would equal 1 Billion ZP, and our event was only to give away 2 million).
Winners for the rest of the weekend events will be announced today and the ZP will be handed out to them asap. -

I was at school when they released the codes. Good job Z8, you never disappoint the players. I looked like 30+ times in the weekend for nothing, I wasted my time for nothing on this game. Every week the same: servers crash + events fail. Don't think that solved this by saying ''we appologize''. Every event the same problem. Now I understand why people leave the game, thanks for showing me that Z8.

hahahahaha even here in egypt half of the players didn't got it most of them in lessons and others don't know how to redeem

I imagine there were a lot of people waiting until midnight on Sunday waiting for the code on Facebook.
If there were unforeseen issues why couldn't they have notified everyone that the codes would be released the following day. Rather than give everyone hopes up and have most of the CF community angry at them.
