didn't get my GP

basically i ranked to sergeant and i didn't get my 20k , no i didn't spend it by mistake cause as soon as i closed the "congrats you ranked (or suming)" msg i looked and it still said 13k

Are you sure?
If you are, log off of Crossfire, then go back on.
and if you still didn't earn your GP then contact Z8games.

this seems pretty stupid but are you sure it was sergeant and not some other rank?

Are you sure it's the right rank? Look for your rank on this page http://crossfire.z8games.com/about/about4.aspx and make sure it's the right rank. If you're 100% positively sure that you should've got your 20k GP then try logging in or out or going to your storage and press the refresh button next to your GP and ZP. If that still doesnt work then try sending in a support ticket about your problem.

yes i'm sure i never spent it , it was definatly ranked to sergeant will check now when i go back on crossfire but i sent a ticket in but no answer yet

yea once u pass sgt 1st i believe u dont get bonus no more and dont forget the support wont be answered till mon or tues since they dont work the weekend

You don't get anymore money after staff sargent or after a rank of class.
