I recently p osted a problem i was having but I read a stickeyed post and am trying it. I was wondernig why when i try to download from MIRROR 1 -MIRROR 4, at the end of the download (99%) i get a error message...saying it could not connect to the server and please try again...but when i download from a Alternitive Download (Download.com) I try to install the game and i get errors about the file REZ 0017 and how i have to either ignore, retry, or abort...PLEASE HELP ME!!! (I am in the middle of re-downloading from Download.com and i will edit as soon as I have the results!

that rez file is finding a way to lock itself in the registry for certain users, and not removing itself upon a patch/reinstall. Keep trying to re-download/install CF and see if that gives you some success.

well dwonloading from download.com i had no luck....i am just finishing downloading mirror 3 and lets see if that workes...
