charge me when my account was banned?

well today was the first time i have logged on to crossfire in the past few days. before i logged on i spent about 30$ for 30k zp. i go to log on my account and i am banned from crossfire. z8games let me purchase items for my account that was banned 3 days ago. i would like to know if they can transfer my goods to a new account or refund me through paypal. it is their fault because they did not tell me i was banned and let me purchase items for the game i was banned in.
