Lost ID/Password

OK, i forgot what my password is in my crossfire account so i tried doing the
LOST ID/PASSWORD and i put my email to recieve my password but i didn't get any mail at all, i've trying for days but i still dont get any email.
PLS help me i really want to play my acc.....

...BTW, im using yahoo mail

check ur junk folder and make sure ur allowing crossfire through the filter
also send this in a support ticket to the GM's here http://support.z8games.com/webform.aspx

i already trid looking at my junk files but still not there, i also deleted all of my mails so maybe it'll get there easy but no it didn't, i also dont have any filters on my mail. I tried doing the support ticket thing but they havent rplied yet so....

......i dont know what to do now
