need help...

a few days ago i completed 2 survyes where they were asking for my phone number, after i completed the survyes i went to my account to see if i got the zp, but the zp that i won wasn't there. if it's not there then where is it ? http://i33.tinypic.com/21jmyrl.jpg http://i36.tinypic.com/2m2b1iq.jpg

well that happens to everyone mine took about a month to get it, when u buy zp it took me about 1 week to get in on my account , it all depends sometimes, so what i would do is be patient and wait

Depends, Did you enter Exact information. Did you confirm the pin ( if there was a pin )... Try Contacting BLVD media. As They can probally help you better then z8games and the crossfire community can.

yes and as u can see in the screenshots there is the X mark on it which means i completed them,but the zp didn't get delivered to my account maybe it will get delivered in a few days or weeks (i hope it will)

need help...
