Can't get into a channel

So before the maintenance I had issues getting into the server just like everyone. Now I can get into alpha sever, but I can't connect to any of the channels.

It says Connecting to Channel Please Wait.

It stays there forever, left the game on for 30 minutes didn't connect still. Tried it 5 times, ports are forwarded, firewall is off.

Yeah I tried going into the shop on the channel select screen, as soon as I clicked buy on a crate, same thing happened. Can't do anything its stuck on the same screen and cancel doesn't work either :S.

Yep same here , hopefully it gets fixed soon..

So its been 3 days and I still can't get past this screen.

If I somehow magically do (Literally like 1/50 tries), Then I get the same error on the channel select.

Anyone figured this out yet?

*Bump* Doesn't anyone know how to fix this =/?

I'm coming back to this game after about 2 years and In the past 4 days of trying, still haven't been able to make it into a channel.

I have the same problem though I've had it since i bought my new laptop in July. Specs are:

Alienware M17xR4
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3610QM CPU @ 2.30GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.3GHz
RAM:16 GB
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
Video Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
Direct X: 11

I've tried re-downloading and re-installing multiple times, added cf to the exceptions list, tried forwarding ports, and disabling anti-virus(McAfee). I might as well say it now, I am quite aware that Alienware is overpriced, so no need to bother commenting on that like people tend to do.

Actually I'm also on an alienware system. Alienware M14xR1, Maybe that has something do with it? Btw you listed your Integrated graphics instead of your Dedicated =p.

im getting a problem starting cf the loading stops at step 3 on game watcher and then says failed connecting server. wtf is this?

oops. You're right lol. My dedicated graphics card is ATI Radeon 7970M. The only people I've heard of having this problem also have Alienware. Though I doubt that could be the problem, it's the only commonality I've noticed. It seems this problem isn't widespread enough to get the attention of people who can actually solve it, which I guess will help me stop playing for good.

Hey ive got an m17x also and the same problem. Ive had a look around and this problem seems to date back as far as three years ago

. i did find one solution that seemed to work for a few people, but it didnt work for me. Here it is if you wana give it a shot.

1: Click the start Button and search CMD
2: Run the CMD if you're running on a Win7/Win Vista run it as Administrator
3: Type in "ipconfig /flushdns" ( Without the " ) And hit enter.
4: Then type in "netsh winsock reset" ( Again without the " ) And hit enter
5: Then Rebot your computer.
