fail to connect the serve~

help,,,fail to connect~~~~when i log in and choose the channel, it says fail to connect the serve....
how can i fix this problem?
and also, the GameGuard is fail to update?~ i checked network and firewall , all no problems....~~~
any person can give a hand?
