M4 ADV has a finicky spray pattern to it, other than that it's pretty much the same. It comes down to whether you want the gun that's permanent or the gun that has more ammo.

M4 adv has a weird cross shaped spray pattern, which makes it bad for close range

once you will get use to it close range will not be a problem anymore

Not really, It has the same effect of running and spraying with a sg552.

I prefer ADV too, looks good, and i wouldnt ever really use the dot sight on the custom anyway.

At close ive tried both and ADV feels more comfortable. No idea if the custom is better for that though.

well, i like both, ADV have more bullets and is camo, but silencer fail
custom have normal bullets the best silencer and a scope, it imo it looks cool
