New Crossfire hack?

I was playing a search and destroy knife match at desertstorm today, we were about to lose the round and then the other team planted the bomb. The last guy left was a random guy called *Removed*, as I was watching him I heard the noise that comes up while you're defusing the bomb, next thing I know, we won the round. So basically what this guy did was defuse the bomb from somewhere else in the map. A hack or glitch? I'm thinking it's a hack because he did it multiple times until he got kicked. Just a heads up to you all about this.
