Cant reinstall CF

Well i decided to uninstall then reinstall CF to see if it would sort out any lag issues, so i uninstalled CF, downloaded the installer.. and guess what happened.

I clicked the ok on the box saying "do you trust this developer (or w/e it says) and thats as far as it went, left my computer for 15 mins and nothing happened, looked in task manager and on the processes there were 2 to do with CF installing but it was using 0% processing speed and like 1MB worth of memory between them.

Any ideas on how i can get CF to reinstall please?

Decided to try download it via another Mirror (4) and it installed fine.

i only reinstall cf like this:
open cf installer and click next-accept-next-next-install-finished.
and all old stupid things will change.
and no need to keep downloading new.u can use old(not very old) installer and install then patch
