error with zp surveys

hello 3 days ago i completed the blockbuster survey.It had shown that i had completed it and would receive the zp.Later i found out that the zp was not in my account. can anyone help me with this.I didn't cancel the trial and it still hasn't given it to me.

Yeah I've found they can be a bit inconsistent when delivering ZP.

that survey require Credit card! Did u fill ur credit card information?

yes i did i was going to get blockbusters for a month and see what it was like anyways so yes i did put credit card.

Yea the surveys seem kinda inconsistant, i did 2, got the zp, then i did a few more but didnt get any.

Do you have a screenshot of the confirmation screen of the survey? Because i guess you would need that.

i should have taken a screenie but it shows it was completed.
and it said it got completed and it has been like 5 days and i still just didnt get the zp
