Will this laptop work?

A friend of mine has a semi dated laptop but I have no idea if it can actually run the game since it is not running Geforce.

Here are the specs:

Mobile Intel Pentium 4 processor 2.66ghz
512kb Cache
1024mb DDR SDRAM
video memory 64 DDR SDRAM
60GB HD

This is all the specs I think it has. He lost the power cord so I can't check for sure.
Basically, we're trying to find out whether or not this laptop is still worth keeping to play this game and whether or not to buy the power cord.
