Exiting my game and....

Before, when I first started playing, I would be given a quote before exiting the game.
It would be something really awesome but for the past few months, all I get in its places is"

Why am I having this problem? I still have not yet tried downloading the game again but that is due to my fear of losing all of my replays.
Is there anything I can do?
