I didnt get my prize

Okay so, I logged in for that 12 days event, but when I got to event page it says "You did not login between the required event time."

So what's the problem? I logged in, logged out, checked the page, and that appears. How to fix? Thanks.

How long have you waited? The event page is not in real time, hence there might be a little delay in it.

Play one game to go sure you really qualified for the event and then check it again, after like an hour of waiting the event page should hand out the prize. If it still says that you haven't logged in after 2 hours then send in a support ticket.

I waited like 10 minutes lol. That might the problem.

And yes, I played a DesertStorm game.

But ok, I'll re-check in an hour or so. Thanks for the tip.

omg..man just wait a little bit..and you do not have to play a game..i was online for 10 sec. and after 1 hour i received my Snowman Mask.

strange... its been a day since i loged in yesterday for the event, and i didnt get my prize...
