New weapon crate system?

Hi~

With the last event I won some crates, and I won an M4A1 for 1 week.
So to earn money I shoot with M4A1, but after long shooting, it shows a screen telling me that I have to repair it, but I cancel. But I don't see the text "Need to repair" or "Decreased while moving", so my question is: "Is this system new? That if you win with Black Market, the weapon never broke, only expires?"

I noticed too with my M4A1..
when I had like 9000 repair costs the accuracy was like the same as when I had 0 repair costs..

The repair thing dosent really matter. Its just anoying to have to press cancel every few 1000 gp. The "need repair is really all in your mind. theres not much diffrecene in the guns. u only notice slight diffrennces as the gp gets higher. not very much tho.
