just replace the word "url" with the real url of the img...

Go to a photo uploader, such as Image Shack (http://imageshack.us) or TinyPic (http://tinypic.com).

I suggest tinypic, easy and fast.

Once you upload your photo a page will pop up with codes, on both.

Look for the "IMG Code". Copy that, and paste it and the preview of the screen shot will come onto the post.
