We cannot tell whether u made a sound or not. If you actually did make a sound and played against an experienced player, you would probably get one shot hs thru that thing.

I'm not saying he doesn't hack tho, oes kids been fishy for months.

EDIT: About the 2nd situation:

You were in the same spot. If he actually did hack he would most likely aim for head. Or hes just stupid enough and he tried not to be obvious.
