I'm having a problem with my ribbons

I have collected 21 ribbons and recieved the " My ribbons are made of crystall " ribbon but still didn't get the reward " M4A1 custom crystal "
Can u look into that pls ..

how long have u waited?
it can take up to 48 hours and sometimes even more!
