No £20 ZP????

I bought zp on Zong (mobile) I was charged £10 and never got zp... Come on z8games! Please help me, if you need more information just ask me what I should include here.

    Make sure to open up a support ticket with our customer service department.

    If there was any error messages or any additional information you want to give then please make sure to include it all as it helps us track down what could have been the issue.

    I just sent it, not sure if I filled it in correctly and thanks for the quick reply.

    I have complaint to ZONG and they have replied:

    Hello Mr. Carlos,

    Thank you for contacting ZONG Customer Care.

    We apologize for the inconvenience. I've checked the transaction for +447413441358 and found out that your transaction worth £20 was canceled however, due so some network issue, ZONG still billed you for £10.

    As such, we would like to offer you a one-time courtesy refund for the full amount of your purchase.

    In order for us to process a refund accordingly, please provide us with your PayPal email address.

    If you do not, yet, have a PayPal account, here are the steps in creating a PayPal account:

    1. Log in to PayPal.com
    2. Click on Sign Up on the upper right-hand corner.
    3. Choose the Country and Account Type you would like to use.
    - Personal - used for shopping online
    - Premier - used for shopping and selling online
    - Business - for business-use or an entire company
    4. Fill in the information requested.
