My zp don't come!

Omg i got 10.000 zp on 12/03/2012 and my zp don't come!

On my credit card account it says -us $8.99

i do it by credit card ...whit paybycash...

The money are out of my credit card account but i don't recived my zp...it had more than 48 hours!

I don't recived the comfirming email on my account email! Where is it i'm buyed it!

i want my zp!!!!!!!

What is the issue ? -> Did not Receive ZP
Payment Method -> Credit/Debit Card
Payment Company -> PayByCash

Fill in the date on which you bought your ZP. Transaction IDs if you have them (probably not, as you didn't receive any email).

Hope you're gonna get your ZP.

i put it at 12/03/2012

my credit card account had comfirmed it but z8games don't send any email whit no IDS or numbers...and i don't had my zp! help!

I CONTACT Z8GAMES BUT THEY TELL ME IT:

I DON'T HAD ANY IDS NUMBER...WHAT I DO! PLEASE HELP I PAYD IT!
