Hey z8 i never sold my account i just formatted my pc coz of virus how the hell would i know someone tried to get my account in this way! this is so stupid now what do i do this is my account!!!! I never SOLD IT TO ANYONE

This is so stupid why the fck would i sell my account?! So z8games treat people like this? About any further messages about this will be ignored i just asked for a help an all i got this im so ****ed off this account is mine i never sold my account don't you understand z8??? why the hell would i sell itttttttttttt?????

They can see the previous history on the account/multipe ip changes (across country all over the map in a few seconds.) I know this sucks but they do not ban without hard evidence of the account commiting an offence, they could always re-investigate it.
It probably wasnt brought as you said, but you shouldnt use IP changers/VPN tools (this is probably the only way it could have happend if you didnt share/buy the account)
