Screen shifted to left after patch

I play on my VIZIO HDTV (26inch) and after this useless stupid reskin oriented patch I can't even see 20% of my screen =.=. I do play on 800x600 and refuse to play anyother way for FPS reasons. Now it worked before the patch but why did it stop working all of a sudden?

Use a DVI or HDMI cable to connect to your TV.
If there is a button or option to "auto adjust" (it might say "auto" only) on your TV, press it while CF is open.
