How can I get such low FPS with this laptop?

My laptop: Dell Alienware 17x

TechSpecs:

I can play every other game with almost max graphic setting (Black Ops 2, Battlefield 3, Sleeping Dogs...)

But on CrossFire I only get about 80 FPS, and it spikes very often

In some maps like Submarine Assault or Spain it drops to 40

I used to have 200 FPS, but after some latest patches (not sure which one), it became worse...

PS: I'm running on Windows 8 Pro

Anyone knows why?

Im pretty sure they said that Windows 8 isnt still supported very well. You should also check your power setttings and make sure all ur important drivers are up to date. Make sure you are playing on high performance power mode.
