Crouching IS the hardest part tho cause you need to time it correctly.

I'm thinking of trying a few times where I jump from upper ship and do a 360, no damage fall off the mid box, another 360, no damage fall on the ground, bunny hop over to the "sneak attack" box and then (without stopping once) double jump onto the box.

I can do it without fraps, but I have some troubles with the bunnyhop part (and the second no damage fall) when I'm recording QQ.

Might have to just fraps the replay =P
