Disapeared Octane Axes

This morning i won 2 octane axes in 30 crates. When i relogin they all disappeared. Any help.
I read the thread but "http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?t=231366" but my problem is that my axes disappeared i want it back plz.

not an error.. an error fix.
Some people lost them, if you weren't supposed to get it...then you weren't supposed to get it.
