can't delete players, why?

Trying to clean up clan page, out with the old and inactive for the peeps who want to play.
I can't seem to delete anyone, it won't let me. Please can you check this out. I've got peeps trying to apply and they can't.

    Please be more specific when you post.

    I see that you are reffering to your Clan, and i dont know how to fix this problem, but others may.

    Im just posting because when i read this the first time i didnt understand what you were trying to say, but the second time around it came to me.....

    So as i see it, You have a full clan, and you have inactive members, and you want to get rid of the inactives, so that new active players are able to join, but you arent able to do it for some odd reason. Am i correct?
