From a different thread that has a similar issue, but it explains how the process works for "My Ribbons are Made of Crystal" ribbon.The typical wait for Custom Crystal for that ribbon is slightly longer for others since the system needs to see that you qualify via ribbons through one update, then give you the ribbon and then give you the weapon. We were having slower times on the database which would result in a little more wait time for the weapon.
