The 1-3 days is correct, so forth as there aren't any problems with the servers handling giving out items etc, sometimes it may take a little longer if there was an event running or we just patched etc.

Either way, happy to see you got your ribbon it'll be just a bit longer, the next parse through the database will give you the weapon.
