ribbon take more than 48 hours???

i got on friday my 20th ribbon and untill i havent got the 21 yet (MY RIBBONS ARE MADE OF CRYSTAL) so.....? is there is a bug or smth that's my profile http://clan.z8games.com/charstat_cf.aspx?usn=14211530

Z8 seems to have some problems delivering the ribbons. Wait until they get back to the office by tomorrow. If you still didn't receive your ribbon by Tuesday send in a support ticket.

The newer ribbons probably need to be added to the list that the "My Ribbons Are Made of Crystal" ribbon checks. The GMs will be able to do that when they come back to work on Monday morning.

its been since thursday for me (monday now). got 21 ribbons and none of them are "made of crystal"

No man Tuesday 5 day of waiting, and my harvest ribbon being removed that's not cool now without harvest i have 20 (theater of war the last) but as is count as gold medal for now it's like i have 19 so i better chase a new ribbon then waiting?
