Just be patient please, the GM's now working in this problem. Maybe tomorrow or someday of this weekend give the ribbon, and solve another problem.

If you never get the ribbons, send a support ticket.

Mod9 posted on another thread that there has been a latency issue with the ribbons. He said they were looking into it and if we havent received our crystals by Wednesday then file a ticket. He said that the new ribbons might not be updated in the system as for one of the ribbons to look for in the 20. So we all have to be patient together i think. Im waiting as well.

There would be no need to submit a ticket now. The GMs know and its being worked on (well not right now its nighttime -.-)

For this particular tech issue the My Ribbons are Made of Crystal Ribbon is having its ribbon list updated with the newly released ribbons such as Harvest and Theater of War.

And yes we also know about the Theater of War ribbon now having its correct image.
