i can't enter in game

hi, i don't play a long time, and today i decid play crossfire, donwload the game and install no problem, when i open the game e put the id and the pass and say "incorrect login credential" i put the same pass and the game id and work in forum and i create a new acount but say the same, i don't understand =/
