Where is my ribbon?

on saturday i recieved my ribbon for have completed 100 HMX mutant win and i arrived to 20 ribbon, then i won in the black market Beretta AR-70 and recieved the 21 ribbon for having 6 permanent gun creates...WHERE IS MY M4A1 Custom Crystal and his ribbon?

I beleive Mod 9 states The new ribbons aren't added to the list that let you receive the M4 Custom Crystal. So just wait no longer than Tuesday maybe.
